"Seattle Commercial Real Estate Expert Cody Morrison Joins JLL"

JLL has brought on Cody Morrison as their new Executive Vice President, with a focus on tenant representation. Based in the Bellevue office, Morrison will be working with clients both locally and nationally within the Seattle region. Prior to joining JLL, he held the position of Portfolio Director at WeWork where he managed locations in the Pacific Northwest.

Before his time at WeWork, Morrison was a tenant advisor at Washington Partners Corporate Real Estate. Throughout his career at these two companies combined, he has been involved in over 7,000 transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion dollars.

Chris Hughes, Managing Director and lead of JLL’s Bellevue office expressed excitement about having Cody join their team and expand their client services capabilities during these ever-changing times.

Morrison brings a wealth of experience to JLL from not only his commercial real estate background but also from his previous career as an athlete. He played baseball for University of Washington before going on to play for both Anaheim Angels and Seattle Mariners organizations. After retiring from playing professionally himself,Morrison continued coaching by helping lead University of Puget Sound’s team to success.
