JLL Capital Markets has recently welcomed Sam Ziemba as a senior director in their Seattle office. In this role, Ziemba will be collaborating with Mark Katz, the senior managing director and leader of JLL’s national office investment sales advisory business, to focus on institutional office sales in the Seattle area.
“We are thrilled to have a team that combines a national office leader with an experienced professional who has dedicated their career to the Seattle market,” stated Katz.
Ziemba joined JLL in 2019 and previously served as a senior vice president and head of Eastside office agency practice at JLL. He specialized in new construction projects and was also involved in over $200 million worth of commercial property acquisitions and dispositions for investment purposes. With more than 19 years of experience working within real estate industry throughout Puget Sound region, Ziemba began his career as broker at Colliers International.
