"Seattle-Area Second Restaurant to be Opened by Shiro's Sushi"

Shiro’s Sushi Group has announced their latest venture, ShoMon Kappo Sushi. Located just blocks away from Shiro’s in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, this kappo-style restaurant will open its doors on September 6th. The new sister restaurant will be situated near South Lake Union and is a fusion of traditional and modern elements found in Japan’s formal and kappo restaurants. Guests can expect a variety of sake, wine, and green tea options on the beverage menu.

With only 26 seats available, ShoMon Kappo Sushi will offer a unique multi-course dining experience featuring locally-sourced ingredients. The highly-anticipated restaurant will be located at 2301 5th Avenue in Seattle within the Amazon-leased tower.
