Shawn Street has been appointed as the Stream Partners Vice President of Dallas’ land division to expand the firm’s land brokerage business across the Metroplex. In this role, he will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing land transactions. Stream utilizes industry-leading technology to provide market analysis, feasibility studies, strategic site selection services along with residual valuations and highest & best uses mapping and demographic research. According to a recent survey conducted in Dallas indicates that it is home to most vacant lands among major cities in US.
Prior joining Stream – a national commercial real estate firm headquartered in Dallas offering an integrated platform of services – Street held Senior Vice President position at Younger Partners while also founding his own company called ‘Street & Associates’. He also worked as Consultant at Landry Commercial Inc., followed by more than nine years tenure as Independent Petroleum Landman for Tidewater Development Company.
