Skanska USA Building has promoted Sean Szatkowski to general manager of its New York operations. In his new role, Sean will oversee the firm’s business operations in New York and maintain client relationships. Szatkowski has been with Skanska for nearly three decades, having involvement in significant projects such as LaGuardia’s Terminal B redevelopment and MetLife Stadium. He will replace Tom Webb who previously held the position for 12 years and is now transitioning into a regional lead role focusing on Skanska’s efforts to integrate the business operations of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York districts into one combined region.
Kerim Evin, Regional Executive Officer at Skanska USA Building said “This promotion is in recognition of Sean’s unwavering commitment to our company as well as his lengthy track record of creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for his teams and clients while consistently delivering results.”
