According to reports from the Austin Business Journal, residents can expect apartments to be available by late this year while construction for office spaces is set for completion in a few weeks. Endeavor Real Estate Group has been appointed as Seamless Capital’s leasing representative.
The highly anticipated Life Time gym will commence construction later this year with an estimated finish date in mid-2025. In addition to these amenities, The Bouldin will also feature popular establishments such as Postino WineCafe and Paperboy restaurant.
