**Seabrook Real Estate Partners Acquires Appleton Oaks Apartments in Hampton, NH for $31.5M**
The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has successfully brokered the sale of Appleton Oaks, a 113-unit apartment complex located at 241 Drakeside Road in the coastal town of Hampton, New Hampshire. The property changed hands for a total purchase price of $31,500,000.
David Berman, James Stubblebine, David Stubblebine, and Zack Hardy of The Stubblebine Company represented the undisclosed seller and also directly procured the buyer, Boston-based Seabrook Real Estate Partners.
Appleton Oaks was developed in two phases, completed in 2004 and 2005, and includes two residential buildings. The property is ideally situated near I-95, offering residents convenient access to the ever-popular Hampton Beach and surrounding amenities.
