Sason has successfully completed a $2-million renovation and repositioning project at Canvas on Willow, a three-story office building located in the Scripps Ranch submarket of San Diego. The property, now known as Canvas on Willow, has undergone significant upgrades including the addition of a new tenant lounge and fitness center with rollup doors for easy access to the courtyard. The central courtyard has also been completely modernized to create an inviting indoor/outdoor space. In addition, updates have been made to the HVAC system and controls as well as all bathrooms throughout the building.
