"Scottsdale's Riverwalk Welcomes Cartique"

Jim and Ryan Riggs, the father-and-son duo behind Platinum Advisors, have announced their plans to open a new auto-focused concept at The Riverwalk Development near Scottsdale. Named Cartique, this 100,000-square-foot building will combine the worlds of automobiles and art.

Cartique will boast a large showroom featuring rotating car collections as well as galleries and exhibits showcasing auto-inspired artwork. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a speakeasy-style bar experience and indulge in food from various vendors within the space. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, there will also be a “carcade” offering competitive driving experiences.

According to Jim Riggs, construction is set to begin in mid-2025 with an anticipated opening date of late 2026. The project is estimated to cost around $50 million. If all goes according to plan,Cartique will join other exciting concepts like Pure Pickleball & Padeland Home Run Dugout at The Riverwalk Development which are also expected break ground next year.
