**Scottsdale Rental Community Sells for $107.5 Million, Setting Record Price Per Unit**

Leon Capital Group has sold Soltra Kierland, a 202-unit luxury apartment community in Scottsdale, for $107.5 million. The sale equates to over $530,000 per unit, marking the highest price per unit for a multifamily property sale in the Metro Phoenix area since 2022.

The transaction was brokered by CBRE, with Matt Pesch, Asher Gunter, Sean Cunningham, and Austin Groen representing the seller, Leon Multifamily, a subsidiary of Leon Capital Group. The buyer was a private investor.

Completed in 2024, Soltra Kierland offers a wide range of upscale amenities. Residents enjoy a resort-style pool area featuring a spa, sunning decks, fire pits, barbecue grills, a cornhole grotto, and an entertainment deck. The clubhouse includes a grand room with soaring two-story windows and a retro-themed speakeasy complete with beer taps.

Fitness amenities include a two-story gym outfitted with cardio and weight training equipment, along with a dedicated yoga terrace. For pet owners, the community features an off-leash dog park, a climate-controlled dog lounge, and a pet spa.
