George Oliver and Ascentris have jointly acquired a 165,000-square-foot office building located at 7272 E. Indian School Rd. in Old Town Scottsdale for $42.2 million. The property was previously purchased by an entity connected to Goldman Sachs for $40 million in August 2016.
This latest acquisition adds to the partnership’s existing portfolio of properties in Old Town Scottsdale, including the mid-2024 purchase of 4141 and 4167 N. Scottsdale Rd., bringing their total footprint in the area to over 350,000 square feet. Plans are underway for a new George Oliver office campus on this six-acre site at the corner of Scottsdale and Indian School Roads.
