"Scoping FW for $429M Project by Bell Textron"

Bell Textron is considering building an advanced manufacturing plant in Fort Worth, its home city. This possibility has arisen due to a new state incentive program that would limit school taxes over a 10-year period. According to the Dallas Business Journal, Bell believes this incentive would make the Texas location more competitive.

The proposed project involves a total investment of $429 million, with $272 million allocated for manufacturing equipment and $157 million for real estate investments. As part of their plan, Bell intends to expand the existing warehouse by 5,400 square feet.

If implemented successfully, this project could generate up to 411 jobs at an average salary of $85,000 per year and bring in over $600 million in capital investment within a decade as stated in their application.

To further support this venture financially and logistically , Bell is also seeking almost$2.7millioninTexasEnterpriseFundgrantsandhasbeenoffereda$1milliongrantfromthecityofFortWorth.This development was reported on Connect CRE’s website without mentioning any specific organization or location names.
