The Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University (MBIRE) has recently announced the recipients of its 2023-2024 scholarships. These awards are a testament to MBIRE’s dedication to providing financial support and mentorship opportunities for students in the university’s real estate programs.
According to Collete English Dixon, executive director of MBIRE, these scholarships demonstrate the Chicago real estate community’s commitment to nurturing future leaders in the industry.
Among this year’s seven scholarship winners are Peter Tate, who received the DL3 Realty Graduate Certificate Scholarship; Eldana Satymkulova, who was awarded with the Louis and Ruth Kahnweiler Scholarship for Future Leaders in Real Estate; Kha’nari Williams, recipient of The McCaffery Interests Fund for Real Estate Entrepreneurship Scholarship; Karla Marin, who received LaSalle Investment Management Scholarship; Neeva Shresth, winner of The NAIOP Chicago University Scholarship Program; Sam Marty as Eisenberg Scholar from The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation ;and Krista Norton as recipientof The Ferguson Centers for Leadership Excellence Scholarship.
