Schaumburg Furniture Retailer Fills Vacant Bed Bath & Beyond Space

CBRE successfully arranged a 70,737-square-foot retail anchor lease at 915 E Golf Rd in Schaumburg, IL. Steinhafels, a Milwaukee-based furniture and mattress retailer signed the new lease to occupy the space previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond. Joe Parrott and Sean McCourt of CBRE represented the building’s ownership – Necessity Retail REIT.

Steinhafels currently operates three stores in Chicagoland and 14 overall with this large footprint in Schaumburg making it one of the largest furniture stores in northwest suburbs. According to Parrott “Schaumburg is an ideal location for Steinhafels as it offers outstanding visibility and access being one of top furniture markets suburban Chicago has to offer.”
