This Class A warehouse is fully occupied by Dile Solutions and DKW Logistics under triple-net leases with an average term of seven years. Located at Feldspar Drive in close proximity to major highways, this distribution center offers convenient access for transportation.
The sale was facilitated by JLL’s Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team consisting of Britton Burdette, Dennis Mitchell and Matt Wirth alongside Jim Freeman. Completed last year with state-of-the-art amenities including ample parking space for trailers and cars alike,the transaction marks another successful deal from Scannell Properties’ portfolio.
