"SCA Acquires Queens Industrial Property for $18M"

Compass and Michael Cardillo have successfully facilitated the sale of an industrial property located at 120-08, 120-30 Jamaica Avenue, and 87-14 121st Street in Richmond Hill, Queens. The property was sold for $18 million to NYC School Construction Authority. Spanning over a generous area of 33,000 square feet with a mix of retail, warehouse and industrial spaces totaling up to approximately41,000 square feet,the property boasts an impressive wraparound frontage measuring517 feet.

The transaction was orchestrated by Adelaide Polsinelli from Compass along with Richard Eaddy from Savills who represented the purchaser. Joseph Byrnes and Ira Schuman also played key roles in representing the buyer.

This recent acquisition by SCA highlights their continued growth within New York City’s real estate market as they continue to expand their portfolio through strategic investments such as this one on Jamaica Avenue.
