SBSBIO Consulting has recently acquired a single-story building located at 7320 Executive Way in Frederick County, MD for $6.775 million from Cinder Concrete Block Corporation. The property boasts convenient access to Interstate 70 and Buckeystown Pike, with features such as 18-foot ceilings, four dock doors, and ample surface parking within the Westview Business Park. SBSBIO Consulting plans to fully utilize the vacant space of approximately 26,000 square feet in order to achieve maximum occupancy. This building is known as Omega Center 11 and was originally constructed in 1999; it will now serve as a biorepository for SBSBIO Consulting’s biological material storage needs.
The seller was represented by MacKenzie’s Adam Nachlas along with David Paulson of Ackerman & Co., while Jonathan Warner of Warner Commercial represented the buyer during this successful sales transaction that took place without any mention of “Connect” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas”.
