Savills has renewed its long-term lease for its Chicago office, maintaining its presence in a 16,500-square-foot half-floor space at 150 North Riverside Plaza.

The lease extension was facilitated by Savills Chicago region President Robert Sevim and Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg. Representing the building in the negotiations was Christy Domin of Riverside Investment & Development. The 1.2 million-square-foot office tower is situated in Chicago’s West Loop submarket and is considered a premier office destination.

As part of the renewal, the office space underwent upgrades and reconfiguration to create a more modern and efficient work environment. Enhancements included optimizing the office’s technology footprint, repurposing underutilized areas, and improving in-office amenities.

“Chicago is one of Savills’ core markets and serves as its Midwest hub for real estate advisory and brokerage services,” said Feinberg. “The redesigned space supports the expansion of our services, enhances collaboration among top talent, and allows us to better meet the sophisticated needs of our diverse clientele in both local and global markets.”
