Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) has recently opened leasing at The Martin, a brand new apartment community located in the heart of downtown Sunnyvale. This development is part of SRGNC’s joint venture with Hunter Partners and joins two previous apartment projects, The Flats and Flats West, at their Cityline development.
Soaring 12 stories above Redwood Square, the Martin offers 479 apartments with a variety of floor plans to choose from. The first residents are expected to move in during July.
According to Jeff Smith, director of development/SVP for SRGNC: “The Martin is not only a stunning addition to Cityline but also provides an unparalleled living experience in downtown Sunnyvale. We are thrilled to introduce this latest piece of our Cityline project as more shops and restaurants continue opening up in Silicon Valley’s premier destination for living, working and playing.” In addition to its residential units, The Martin will also feature 11 new retail spaces that will face the newly constructed one-acre Redwood Square.
