Sares Regis JV Grand Opening: Sunnyvale Mixed-Use District

Recently, Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) and Hunter Partners came together to celebrate the official opening of Cityline in downtown Sunnyvale. This transit-oriented district has been in development since 2015 and is now complete with 1,100 new apartments, one million square feet of office space, a public plaza, and various retail and entertainment options.

The grand opening ceremony took place at Redwood Square – the city’s new gathering spot – with Mayor Larry Klein, City Council members, civic leaders,and representatives from the development team all in attendance.

According to Jeff Smith,SVP for SRGNC,”Cityline’s mixed-use design offers a unique blend of office spaces,residential units,and amenities that promote walkability,bikeability,and accessibility to public transportation.This re-imagined downtown area provides dynamic experiences for those who work,live or play here.” The joint venture between Sares Regis Groupand Hunter Partners is excited about this project which will surely enhance life in Sunnyvale.
