Unicorp National Developments Inc. has recently completed the St. Regis Longboat Key Resort & Residences, a 1.1 million-square-foot project situated on a barrier island near Sarasota, Florida’s southwestern beach city. The total cost of the project was $376 million and involved redeveloping the former site of Colony Beach & Tennis Resort.
Spanning 18 acres, this resort and residential complex comprises five six-story buildings with various offerings for guests and residents alike.
