Acrisure, a global fintech company, has been announced as the inaugural tenant of Federal Realty’s newly developed office property, One Santana West. Located at 3155 Olsen Drive within San Jose’s popular Santana Row district, Acrisure will consolidate from eight existing offices in Northern California into a 29,000 square foot space at One Santana West. The move is set to take place in April of next year.
According to Jennifer Anderson and Dan Michelini, managing partners of Acrisure’s West region: “Bringing employees together under one roof will foster cohesion and promote collaboration and innovation.” They also emphasized the importance of prioritizing their clients’ needs while maintaining high levels of service and experience.
The Mercury News reported that Federal Realty initially planned for one or two large tenants to occupy all 375,000 square feet at One Santana West. However due to the impact of COVID-19 on tech companies – resulting in layoffs and downsizing – this plan was altered.
This announcement marks an exciting milestone for Federal Realty as they secure their first tenant for their new office development within the bustling area known as Santana Row.
