Santa Clara Office and Light Industrial Complex Sold: New Ownership Announced

Newmark recently completed the sale of San Tomas Business Centre, a 79,358-square-foot business park comprised of office and light industrial/warehousing space located at 2060-2101, 2110, 2116 and 2118 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara. An undisclosed amount was paid to an unidentified buyer for the property which includes nine buildings.

Executive vice chairman Steven Golubchik along with Edmund Najera (vice chairman), Jonathan Schaefler (senior managing director) and Darren Hollak (director) facilitated this transaction.
Golubchik commented on the deal: “San Tomas Business Centre offered a combination of in-place cash flow plus potential upside through increasing rents or extending lease terms. The existing mix of office and industrial users have demonstrated commitment to this project making it a stable income producing asset.”
