Marcus Partners and ECI Group have acquired Panther Riverside Parc, a 280-unit multifamily community located in Atlanta’s Sandtown submarket, for $44.76 million. The seller was Panther Residential.
“Panther Riverside Parc marks our third acquisition in Atlanta in recent months, underscoring our continued conviction in the Southeast,” said Marcus Partners’ Andrew Dolinsky.
Built in 2010, the property is slated for renovations under the new ownership. Current one- to three-bedroom rentals at Panther Riverside Parc range from $1,270 to $2,550.
Marcus Partners focuses on value-add investment strategies across industrial, multifamily, life science, and other select property types. ECI Group owns and operates a portfolio of more than 6,000 units throughout the Southeast and Texas.
