Unlearn, an AI company that specializes in creating digital twins to optimize clinical research, has secured a 17,220-square-foot space in San Francisco. The move to Kilroy Realty’s 303 Second St. is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2024 and will see the company relocate from its current location of approximately 3,500 square feet within the city.
JLL played a key role in facilitating this lease agreement between Unlearn and Kilroy Realty. Spearheaded by executive managing director Chris Roeder, senior managing director Ted Davies and EVP Ann Montilla on behalf of JLL’s landlord team; while tenant representation was led by SVP John Roskos and EVP Allison Hoffmann.
According to Roeder “Unlearn AI’s growth and expansion within San Francisco is another testament to the city’s resurgence as it continues attracting more people and activity that make downtown such an attractive destination.”
Since its inception in 2017, Unlearn has been actively involved with various clinical trials. Its innovative technology has been utilized by leading global pharmaceutical companies; enabling them reach full enrollment faster thus bringing new treatments closer for patients – as reported by JLL.
