San Francisco Acquires Luxury Apartments for Supportive Housing

Colliers facilitated the sale of ŌME, a high-end mixed-use building, to the City and County of San Francisco for over $27 million. The acquisition aligns with the city’s goal of providing supportive housing for Transitional Aged Youth transitioning out of homelessness.

Payam Nejad from Colliers acted as the representative for seller Greenseed Folsom Land LLC. Located at 1174-1178 Folsom St. and 663 Clementina St., ŌME features 42 residential studios, a full floor with 5,720 square feet of commercial office space, three ground-floor retail spaces and a lower-level office or storage space spanning over 2,186 square feet.

“ŌME is an excellently equipped mixed-use development in a prime location that will now be able to offer stable housing opportunities to young individuals experiencing homelessness under the guidance of City and County officials,” stated Nejad confidently. “This transaction also showcases Colliers’ dedication towards pursuing municipal sales alongside traditional market sales in order to maximize property potential.”
