Marcus & Millichap has successfully sold 144 and 150 E Baseline Rd., a 16-unit apartment property in San Dimas, for $4,825,000. SVP Douglas McCauley and first VP David Covarrubias of Marcus & Millichap’s Inland Empire office marketed the asset on behalf of the seller – a limited liability company – while also securing and representing the buyer, an individual/personal trust.
The two parcels comprising Baseline Apartments totaled 0.86 acres; constructed in 1963 and 1989 respectively with two-bedroom to three-bedroom units available. McCauley commented that “this offering provided the buyer with an outstanding location as well as a high barrier to entry” into this market segment.
