Reaching the topping out phase, Holland Partner Group, North America Sekisui House and Lowe have completed a $400 million project in downtown San Diego. West is a 37-story mixed-use tower featuring 280,000 square feet of office space, 19,000 square feet of retail space and 431 luxury apartments. Completion is planned for the first quarter of 2024.
Brent Schertzer from Holland commented on the progress: “We can see our team’s vision becoming reality as we shape Downtown San Diego’s future with this model development.” JLL’s Tony Russell and Richard Gonor are leading office leasing efforts at West which can accommodate users ranging from 10k to 280k sq ft with potential expansion options available.
