Roseling Nakamura Terada Architects, Inc. (RNT), a San Diego-based architectural firm, has recently signed a long-term lease for 10,201 square feet on the fifth floor of Block D in Downtown San Diego’s Makers Quarter district. The 60,000-square-foot office building is owned by L2HP, LLC and is known for being the first commercial office building in Downtown San Diego to achieve Net Zero Energy and LEED Platinum certification.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Derek Hulse and Morgan Reno represented the landlord while Hughes Marino’s Star Hughes-Gorup represented RNT in their relocation from a nearby Gaslamp Quarter building located about one mile away.
“We are delighted to welcome RNT to Block D,” said Hulse. “This property boasts unique design elements that foster creativity and innovation among entrepreneurs and artists alike. It is an ideal fit for our new tenant.”
