The California Apartment Association (CAA) has scheduled two upcoming Rental Housing Round-Up events in San Diego and Sacramento. These in-person gatherings will provide rental property owners and managers with key updates on the current state of the rental housing market, as well as discuss various challenges facing the industry.
On Tuesday, June 13th, CAA’s “San Diego Rental Housing Round-Up” will take place at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse in San Diego. Industry leaders and experts will be present to discuss topics such as implications of new tenant protection ordinances from both statewide and local perspectives.
Following this event is CAA’s “Sacramento Rental Housing Round-Up,” which is set for Wednesday, June 28th at the Sacramento Association of Realtors – Mack Powell Event Center. This gathering features an economic update specific to the region along with a panel discussion about related issues within this sector.
