San Diego Investor Acquires Huntington Beach Multifamily Property

CBRE recently facilitated the successful sale of a five-unit multifamily community in Huntington Beach for $2.4 million, equating to an impressive $479,000 per unit and $665 per square foot. The San Diego-based 1031-exchange buyer was represented by EVP Dan Blackwell and associate Amanda Fielder, while the seller was a private investor from Huntington Beach.

Situated at 7872 Liberty Dr., this two-story apartment building spans over 3,600 square feet on a spacious 0.21-acre lot and was built in 1979. Boasting one-, two- and three-bedroom units with garage parking and laundry facilities, it has recently undergone significant upgrades including full renovations to two units as well as updates to windows, garage doors, exterior paint and landscaping.

According to Blackwell: “This attractive multifamily property is ideally located near popular restaurants, nightlife spots entertainment options shopping destinations renowned beaches transportation hubs such as the highly accessible Interstate-405.”
