Transwestern Real Estate Services has been awarded the property management assignment of Rose Canyon Business Park, a 232,863-square-foot industrial portfolio located in San Diego. The 15-building multi-tenant industrial park is more than 99% leased to approximately 140 tenants and was purchased by Vertical Ventures in March 2023.
SVP Chris Cussen, Property Manager Sabrina McChesney and Property Administrator Laurie Oleksiak will manage the portfolio for Transwestern. Additionally, both parties plan to do additional base building upgrades including new roofing as well as ongoing tenant improvement projects.
This strategic move further strengthens Transwestern’s presence in San Diego real estate market while providing quality service for Vertical Ventures’ asset at Rose Canyon Business Park.
