Silver Ventures, the group behind the redevelopment of San Antonio’s Pearl Brewery, has created a spinoff company to construct a 151-bed hotel across from the Pearl. Oxbow is expected to begin construction in early 2024 and complete it within two years. The eight-story hotel will be designed by architect Don McDonald and feature brick architecture with arched porticos reminiscent of Oxbow’s office building near Broadway Street.
The new hotel will include 13,500 square feet of meeting space as well as lobby bar and rooftop bar & grill for guests’ enjoyment. Additionally, there will be an open pool deck available to both visitors and locals alike who can access it via pedestrian bridge near the amphitheater at The Pearl complex.
Oxbow is also responsible for other projects such as Cellars & Southline apartments at The Pearl; Oxbow & Credit Human buildings on Broadway Street; plus multi-use building ‘The Lab’ located at The Pearl complex too
