Kuper Sotheby’s is currently promoting an 80,000 square foot office building located at 3900 Rogers Road. This two-story complex is listed for sale at $21 million and has been owned by an entity registered to Trans American Research and Development Corp. since 2010.

According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the building recently lost its last tenant – Aetna – who had occupied it for a long time. As a result, the building now sits vacant while Aetna maintains two other office locations in the city’s Medical Center area.

Bexar Appraisal District records from 2023 show that this Class B rated property was last assessed with a value of approximately $15.4 million. The marketing efforts are being led by Kristian Forks of Kuper Sotheby’s.

This empty office complex in San Antonio has now hit the market as reported on Connect CRE.
