Advenir has acquired Greenway Park, a 109,000-square-foot medical office and clinical research facility in San Antonio. Gemini Rosemont sold the Class B property for $179 per square foot, according to CommercialEdge data. The facility was fully leased at the time of sale and financed with a $30 million acquisition loan from Bank of America. Vitalis brokered the transaction.
Completed in 1983, Greenway Park underwent cosmetic renovations in 2002 and is anchored by Worldwide Clinical since 2005 who occupies 85 percent of space after investing $5 million into it; WellMed occupies remaining space with 12 providers at its clinic there as well having made capital investments too.
