Construction of the 354-unit luxury apartment building at 300 Main in San Antonio has reached a milestone, with the topping off of its 32nd floor. Weston Urban and general contractor Rogers-O’Brien Construction are approximately halfway through their work on the project, which is expected to be completed in 2024. The $91 million construction loan from Bank OZK originated last year, according to Yardi Matrix data.
Multihousing News reports that Page Southerland Page designed this 696,000 square foot high rise residential building with 6275 square feet dedicated for ground floor retail space. Residents will have access to two amenity decks featuring a fitness center and swimming pool as well as a six story parking garage offering 450 spaces for vehicles located at 305 Soledad St., an Opportunity Zone within downtown San Antonio near interstates 10, 35 and 37 – providing easy access to numerous retail stores restaurants and entertainment venues all within walking distance from this property.
