The portfolio was acquired as part of the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II L.P., an investment fund aimed at value-add opportunities in key Central U.S logistics markets and constructed between 2005 and 2006 with all eleven tenants already leased upon closing of the transaction..
