"San Antonio Foodies: 10-Vendor Food Concept Opening This Fall"

This fall, foodies in San Antonio will have a new destination to explore. Hixon Properties is investing $2.75 million to transform the former Cadillac dealership between Broadway and the San Antonio River into Make Ready Market – an innovative food court featuring up to ten vendors offering burgers, pizza, Thai food, Mexican seafood and more. The project will be managed by Zach Garza – a longtime chef and hospitality manager who also owns-operates the Make Ready beverage stall Garaje Cantina. According to its website , “Make Ready Market features eats and treats from San Antonio’s epicurean notables and new voices at the table.” With this exciting addition coming soon, locals can look forward to experiencing all that this vibrant city has to offer when it comes time for grabbing a bite or having a drink!
