Sherman Residential has acquired Eleven West, a 264-unit multifamily community located near Highway 90 and Loop 1604 outside San Antonio. Right Quest sold the asset to Sherman, marking their third acquisition in the area. The company also owns Axis Hamilton complex in the Medical Center and The Standard at Legacy at U.S. Highway 281 and Loop 1604.
According to reports from San Antonio Business Journal, Eleven West was built in 2022 with an assessed value of $37 million based on a 2023 evaluation by Bexar County Appraisal District. To finance this transaction, Sherman took out a loan of $26 million from Nationwide Life & Annuity Insurance Co..
The property consists of 11 buildings spread across 14 acres with units ranging between 597 – 1 137 square feet offering amenities such as swimming pool, fitness center , business center , clubhouse , media room , dog park as well as lounge areas . Additionally it provides outside storage & detached garages for its residents .
