Marcus & Millichap successfully facilitated the sale of a 107-room hotel property, Home2 Suites by Hilton, located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The hotel is situated on 1.20 acres and features four floors of guest rooms at its address of 210 Jay Street.
According to Ebrahim Valliani, first vice president of investments at Marcus & Millichap, the buyer group was able to secure favorable rates and close the deal without delays due to their strong relationship with a longstanding lender in today’s challenging debt environment. Valliani worked alongside investment specialists Michael Klar and Dan Danielak from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook and Los Angeles offices as they exclusively listed the property on behalf of the seller. They also procured the buyer for this transaction.
Both parties involved in this sale are regional hotel ownership groups.
