Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently facilitated the sale of two fully occupied multi-tenant retail properties in Streeterville and Lakeview.
The first property, located in Streeterville, is a standalone retail building that houses popular fast-casual dining options like Sweetgreen and Nando’s, as well as health and wellness providers such as CorePower Yoga. The property was purchased by The Shiner Group.
In addition to this transaction, Mid-America also brokered the sale of 3300 N Broadway in Lakeview. This retail property boasts a diverse tenant mix including Stan’s Donuts, Solid Core fitness studio, Rare Tea cellar & café , Perspire Sauna Studio , Ping Pong restaurant & bar , Budlong hot chicken joint , and Windy City Sweets candy store . Joe Girardi (Principal) and Emily Gadomski (Vice President) represented the seller exclusively for both deals.
