The Boulder Group, a brokerage firm specializing in net-leased investments, recently closed the sale of a single-tenant P.F. Chang’s restaurant in Lombard, Illinois for $4,782,500.

Represented by Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group, the seller was a real estate investor based in the Midwest while the buyer was a real estate investment trust. According to Blankstein: “P.F. Chang’s has been operating at this location since 2000 and has shown consistent commitment.”

Located at 2361 Fountain Square Drive near Interstate 88 off Butterfield Road – an active retail thoroughfare –the property spans over 10K square feet. It is surrounded by popular retailers such as DICK’S Sporting Goods and Target as well as restaurants like Chick-Fil-A and Uncle Julio’s.

Goodman also noted that there is high demand for successful restaurants with strong real estate fundamentals among investors.
