"Sale of Lake County Industrial Building Arranged by Colliers"

Colliers brokers Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, and Tyler Ziebel recently facilitated the sale of a fully occupied Class A industrial property in Chicago’s North suburbs on behalf of Affinius Capital and Venture One. The buyer is an institutional real estate investor whose purchase price has not been disclosed.

Located at 1300 Allanson Rd. in Mundelein, also known as Route 60 Logistics Center, the building spans 195,375 square feet and was completed in 2021. It is situated just west of a four-way interchange at Interstate 94 and Route 60. Currently leased to two tenants with an average lease term of four years, this state-of-the-art facility is expected to remain highly desirable due to low vacancy rates in core submarkets and a decrease in construction activity over the past five years.

According to Ziebel: “This acquisition presented an opportunity for investors looking for prime industrial properties as vacancies continue to decline.”
