A historic office building, constructed in 1904 and situated between Nashville Yards and Lower Broadway, is currently on the market. Known as Nashville Yards, this 88,000-square-foot brick building has undergone renovations over the years to maintain its appeal.

The asking price for this five-story brick structure is $34 million. The sale of the property is being managed by Crews Johnston, Charlie Gibson and George Mullowney of Cushman & Wakefield.

Recognizable by its prominent red “Morgan & Morgan” sign on the exterior, this building has long been home to a law firm that served as an anchor tenant. However, they will soon be relocating to a smaller space within One Nashville Place totaling 19
