Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently facilitated the sale of Randall Square Shops, a successful shopping center located at 1460 S Randall Road in Geneva, Illinois.
The 54,147-square-foot center was purchased by Northpond Partners based in Chicago. The transaction was exclusively brokered by Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principal Joe Girardi and Vice President Emily Gadomski on behalf of the seller Viking Partners.
Randall Square Shops boasts a strong lineup of nationally recognized tenants situated in the prominent retail corridor along Randall Road. These include McAlister’s Deli, Hand and Stone Massage, For Eyes, Men’s Wearhouse,Golf Tec,Milan Laser,and Popeye’s. Additionally,the center has shadow anchors such as Nordstrom Rack , Marshalls,Five Below,Ulta Beauty,PetSmart,Ross Dress for Less,and others.
