Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate brokerage firm, has arranged the sale of Trailside Apartments – a 26-unit multifamily community in Madras, OR. Georgie Christensen-Riley and Joshua C. Reynolds from the Portland office represented both buyer and seller in this $3 million transaction.
