"Sale of 6 Retail Properties in Lake Nona Facilitated by Colliers"

Colliers | U.S. successfully facilitated the sale of Narcoossee Cove, a multi-parcel retail development situated at the intersection of Narcoossee Road and Irenic Way in Lake Nona, for $31 million. Through strategic negotiations with five different buyers over several months, Colliers was able to complete multiple transactions resulting in this final sale.

The last transaction involved an investor purchasing a 3,181-square-foot Raising Cane’s located at 12040 Pioneers Way for nearly $4 million in December. The seller of Narcoossee Cove was WMG Development and construction on the property began in 2023 and was completed by 2024. Colliers’ Michael Brewster and Tommy Isola represented WMG Development throughout all transactions.

In total, the property boasts 36,100 square feet of retail space which were fully leased by tenants thanks to Colliers’ Alexie Fonseca , David Gabbai ,and Jeff Johnson . Lease terms ranged from ten to twenty years between March and December of 2024 when six outparcel properties were sold to five different buyers through Collier’s brokerage services.
