"Sale of 34,000-Square-Foot Retail Plaza Facilitated by Marcus & Millichap Brokers"

Marcus & Millichap, a real estate investment firm, recently finalized the sale of 192nd Plaza in Camas, Washington. The retail property spans 34,923 square feet and was sold for $9.65 million to local investors from Clark County.

The Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap was represented by Clayton J. Brown, Dylan Wolf and Ruthanne Loar – all specialists in investments – who had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of its seller: a limited liability company.

Situated at 2005 SE 192nd Avenue and built in 2010 with top-notch construction materials, this retail center is located near Vancouver Innovation Center – an expansive master-planned campus spanning over 179 acres. With all units fully occupied by a total of eleven tenants, Brown Retail Group acted as representatives for the sellers: a developer partnership based out of Clark County.
