Sagard Real Estate has acquired a 162,400-square-foot industrial distribution facility located in Auburn, Washington, further expanding the firm’s U.S. industrial presence in the Pacific Northwest.
The facility is currently leased to a national third-party logistics provider and sits on approximately 8.8 acres within the Seattle metropolitan statistical area. Key features of the property include 24-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, multiple entry and exit points, and a substantial trailer yard and parking capacity. Its strategic, infill location offers convenient access to State Route 167 and regional connectivity to Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma.
Originally constructed in 1987, the property is designed to support high-volume distribution and logistics operations while offering flexibility for future enhancements. Sagard Real Estate plans to undertake selective capital improvements to further enhance its long-term value.
This acquisition follows Sagard’s recent regional investments in Lake Stevens, Washington, and Lake Oswego, Oregon, reflecting the firm’s continued growth and diversification within the industrial and retail sectors across the Pacific Northwest.
