Sagard Real Estate Acquires Grocery-Anchored Retail Center in Lake Stevens, WA
Sagard Real Estate has announced the acquisition of a 74,130-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center located in Lake Stevens, Washington.
Strategically positioned near Interstate 5 at the SR-204/SR-9 interchange, the retail property offers strong visibility and convenient access for residents commuting across the Seattle metropolitan area.
“This acquisition reflects our continued focus on high-quality retail centers in well-located markets with strong long-term fundamentals,” said Tom Stover, Managing Director of Acquisitions at Sagard Real Estate. “The property’s durable tenancy, essential positioning, and high occupancy align well with our strategy of building a resilient retail portfolio in the region.”
The fully leased center sits on a 7.04-acre site and comprises three buildings constructed in 2000. It is anchored by the regional grocer, Haggen, which occupies a standalone grocery building. Chase Bank and a mix of in-line retail tenants also add to the center’s diverse mix.
This acquisition follows Sagard Real Estate’s recent expansion with the purchase of Oswego Village, another grocery-anchored retail center located in downtown Lake Oswego, Oregon, further underscoring the firm’s strategy of investing in essential retail properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
